			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nearly every day I find new (to me) photographers who are truly gifted.  This world is full of amazing talent.  <a href="http://www.zarias.com" target="_blank">Zack Arias</a> was asked to guest blog on <a href="http://www.scottkelby.com" target="_blank">Scott Kelby&#8217;s blog</a> and instead of writing a post he created a video using his <a href="http://www.theflip.com/" target="_blank">Flip Mino HD</a>.  This video is quite inspiring and I wanted to share it here.</p>
